Key Features

How It Works

Formula Flags

The OKR tracker uses Baserow formula fields to keep goal health current without manual input:

• Progress_Pct: A rollup field on the Objective table that averages (or weights) the Completion values of all linked Key Results. Update any KR and the number moves.
• Off_Track Flag: Compares Progress_Pct against expected progress based on the elapsed fraction of the OKR cycle. If a KR should be at 50% by mid-quarter but sits at 25%, it flags.
• Days_Remaining: A formula computing business days left in the cycle, giving context to every progress number.

Event-Triggered Alerts

When the Off_Track flag flips from false to true on any Key Result, an automation sends a single email to the KR owner. The email includes the Objective name, Key Result description, current vs. expected progress, and days remaining. It fires once, re-arms on recovery.

Scheduled Digest

Every Monday morning, a scheduled automation queries all Key Results where Off_Track = true, groups them by Objective and Team, and sends a digest to leadership. One email replaces the weekly OKR status meeting.
